How I Help
I provide therapeutic support, counseling, guidance, coaching, consultation and safe emotional help. I serve those going through difficult life transition issues including divorce, family break up, child custody and support, loss of loved ones, bankruptcy, aging, financial upheaval ....the changes and turmoil that arise in life and business.
We create a safe judgment free space to explore the past, appreciate the present and set intentional actionable goals to address and overcome these difficult problems and situations.

Coaches ask questions to help improve something –
for example, improving communication, personal growth or helping them respond to their needs better. Humans can get stuck and impeded by obstacles.

Fundamentally, gestalt therapy works by teaching clients how to define what is truly being experienced rather than what is merely an interpretation of the events. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. When combined with the goal setting client guided principles of Coaching, the results can be dramatic and transformative. In sessions I promote behavioral transformation, starting in this moment and into the future by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of attainable, new purposeful attitudes and feelings.
